To be or not to be that is the question. Ah the Bard, he made a guest appearance this week at the Gaillands in Chamonix.

So folks, once more unto the breach. The weather yet again has been the deciding factor this week, with snow levels being down to between 1900 and 2500 metres.

September 12th - last Chamonix Blog of the season

Well folks here it is, the final Cham blog of the season. Doesn’t time fly when you’re up to no good??

It’s been a real mixed week, something for everyone, mainly ducks!!!!! So as you can guess the weather hasn’t  really been playing ball, there where quite a few frustrated guides up at the Albert Prem hut on Sunday night ,most had moved on to plan Z at that point, or just sat there rocking backwards and forwards with their head in their hands……

Saturday 21st August - SNOW SNOW SNOW

Ok folks here it is, for what its worth. My Oh My, to quote the great Captain Beefheart , what a week. It’s been a constant battle with the weather, and I have to say the weather did sort of win, but only just.
