Greetings and Salutations - Just back from a two week trip to Morocco's high Atlas.

Nelter Refuge

If you’re into your into your ski mountaineering then book your flight out to Marrakech NOW!!!!!. The snow is stunning, snow line is about 300 metres above Sidi Chammharouch and there's lots of it. Routes down from peaks that haven’t been skied for a few years are getting done. I met a fellow Austrian guide who had been on a 10 days tour, finishing at the Netler refuge.

Winter is coming

Seasonal greetings and salutations, now if your wondering what’s been keeping occupied over the last few months cast your eyes on the trio of Strat-tastic beauties, one from each decade, which decades ??? I’ll let you work that one out, answers on a post card.

Morocco bound!

Just a quick update on what’s been going down over the past few weeks. I’ve been working on the final stages of the rope access job in Sheffield, which we have now completed. Thanks to Pete “Baldy locks” Stapley, Gav “ The Baron “ Mc Crae, and Will “cockle picker” Mallaby for their wit and enthusiasm, a great team to work with, also Jamie Williams, site manager, for looking after us, and doing a great job at housekeeping, and taking some fantastic pics.

Salamwalaykoom, Welcome to Morocco madness and the Toubkal two step trot.

The team all flew into Marrakech from Manchester on Saturday 25th feb, 3 and half hrs later there we were there, and there I was, 33 years after hitching down to Marrakech to the sound of Crosby, Stills, and Nash ringing in my ears.
